Dear Parents,
Singapore Soccer Academy embarked on a 4 days 3 nights trip to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to compete in the 7th RSC Dato Chu Ah Nge International Junior Soccer Tournament on the 9th to the 12th of December 2011.

50 players and 30 odd parents and staff made the trip to support our players playing in the various age groups. The international tournament sees teams from Malaysia, Indonesia and India competing against each other for the coveted prizes in the Under 8, Under 10, Under 12, Under 14 and the Under 16.

Singapore Soccer Academy had a victorious and fortuitous tournament by managing to advance to the quarter finals stages of the tournament for all its age group.

The Under 16s were the pick of the crop, coming in as Champions and got the award for the best player and best goalkeeper for the age group.

The Under 10s had to settle for a 4th spot in the 14 team competition, only narrowly losing via penalty shootout against eventual champions of the group. The award for best goalkeeper also goes to our player.

The Under 8s, Under 12s and Under 14s all narrowly lost their quarter final games but not before giving a very good accord of themselves against the other teams.

Overall, all the players who came and compete brought back priceless experience and exposure. Singapore Soccer Academy is also proud to mention that all the players, staff and parents set a very good precedence and maintain a clean image of the Academy and this puts the Academy in good light.

Singapore Soccer Academy is proud of all the players for their enthusiasm and commitment to always giving their best in every game and also for showing exemplary behaviour off the field.

Last but not least, the biggest cheers should be given to the parents who took time off to come and support relentlessly no matter which age group is playing.
